Jiangsu Sailboat Petrochemical Co., Ltd. Acrylic Acid and Ester Polymerization Pilot Plant Project
Project Overview: This project involves renting Pilot Plant Building No. 7 within the National East-West Regional Cooperation Demonstration Zone's New Materials R&D Pilot Plant Base to construct a new pilot plant with an annual production capacity of 528 tons of acrylic acid and ester polymerization. It will fully utilize the existing supporting facilities at the pilot plant base, including warehouses, power plants, fire pump rooms and water tanks, machine repair and spare parts warehouses, a main substation, emergency pools, initial rainwater pools, wastewater lifting pools and wastewater tanks, and a central control building.

Project Summary: This project involves renting Pilot Plant Building No. 7 within the National East-West Regional Cooperation Demonstration Zone's New Materials Pilot Plant Base to construct a new pilot plant with an annual production capacity of 528 tons of acrylic acid and ester polymerization, along with supporting auxiliary facilities. Simultaneously, the wastewater treatment plant at the Sailboat main plant will be adapted (to accept wastewater from this project). Annual production capacity: 264 tons of acrylic acid and ester polymers (emulsion products series) and 264 tons of acrylic acid and ester polymers (dispersant products series).
